Refund Policy

The Quote Normalizer Kit is $99, one-time, and carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. It is the only product sold through checkout. The quote audit is a service quoted by email, never charged before you have read what it can produce, and its refund terms are on its own page. Everything else on this site is free, so this policy is short.

How it works

Every digital product sold by RateCard Lab carries the same guarantee, running from the date of purchase. If a product we sold you does not do what we said it does, we refund it. Thirty days, no interrogation. Email hello@ratecardlab.com within 30 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, tell us the order reference, and you get a full refund to the original payment method. No justification required. We may ask what did not work for you — answering is optional and does not affect the refund.

Timing

We action requests within two business days. Your payment provider then returns the money to the original payment method, which typically takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank. The refund is issued by the merchant of record that processed your purchase, so it will appear on your statement under their name. If a refund seems stuck, reply to the same thread and we will chase it.

After 30 days

Beyond the guarantee window we consider requests case by case, particularly where a product was materially misdescribed or a file was unusable. Write to us and explain; we would rather resolve it than have you feel cheated by a spreadsheet.

What is not refundable

Nothing on this site is behind a paywall other than the paid products themselves. The benchmark dataset, the guides, and the methodology are free, so there is nothing to refund there. We do not charge subscriptions that auto-renew without notice; if we introduce a recurring product, cancellation will be self-service and cancelling will stop the next charge.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months, whereas an email refund takes two days, and we have no incentive to argue with you over a digital file.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law in your country may give you rights beyond this policy, including cancellation rights on digital purchases. Nothing here limits them.

This policy applies to every purchase of the Kit. The date above will change if the policy ever does.
