Fee tools, built on published schedules
Every figure in these comes from a vendor's own published page, carries a source link and the date we read it, and is bound to the same dataset the rest of this site is built on. Nothing is typed in by hand, so nothing drifts when a schedule changes and the dataset does not.
Walmart WFS fee calculator
Fulfilment, surcharges and storage on your own weights and dimensions, from Walmart's published schedule. It applies Walmart's billable shipping-weight rule, which is where most estimates go wrong: under 1 lb it adds 0.25 lb and rounds up, and from 1 lb it takes the greater of unit and dimensional weight.
A 1 lb item is $3.45. The same item in a large box is not.
WFS hazmat fees
The hazardous materials surcharge, and the thing a calculator hides: WFS charges it twice on the same unit, once into fulfilment and again into disposal or removal.
$0.50 per unit, then $0.50 again on the way out.
Is it cheaper to ship it yourself?
USPS published retail postage against a 3PL's published all-inclusive average, for the same 4 to 12 ounce parcel. The 3PL figure already contains postage, pick and pack, packaging and the label; the USPS figure is postage on its own.
$7.74 all-in, against $12.90 of postage alone at zone 8.
WFS big and bulky fees
The big and bulky schedule, the threshold that puts an item into it, and the return, which is priced on the same formula as the outbound.
150 lb, 108 in, or 165 in girth. Exceed any one and the schedule changes.
Walmart can change any of these without notice. We re-read them and log every correction on the corrections page. Nothing here is a quote, and nothing here is a recommendation: it is what Walmart publishes, priced against numbers you supply. The whole fee dataset, all vendors, is on the benchmark page, and the method is on methodology.
